Where humans, werewolfs, and vampires study and read. It is the largest library in London and it carriers over a million books. The librarian is a 189 year old vampire who hates noise pollution.
At night, it gets very dark out. Its a perfect place for vampires to find their next meal. During the day, alot of humans come here with their kids. Some come to the park for dates and picnics.
A small coffee place, humans come into to drink coffee and hangout. There are several tables and a tv in one corner of the room, which always shows the news.
